You see the following errors:
"Something went wrong. Make sure you have internet and try again."
"Please check your internet connection and try again."
The uploading and downloading of matches requires the watch to have an internet connection. This can come from:
- The phone (shared by the Samsung Watch app on your phone over bluetooth)
- Your phone must be turned on
- Your phone must have cellular data and bluetooth turned on
- Airplane mode should be turned off
- You should disable any power saving features for the Samsung Watch app
- A direct WIFI connection on the watch
- On your watch under Settings > Connections ensure WIFI is turned on and is connected to a WIFI network
- A direct 3G/4G connection on the watch (if your watch supports it)
- On your watch under Settings > Connections ensure Cellular data is turned on and is connected
